OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Full Time Position 

The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive assessments of referred patients and develops client-centred treatment programs. The successful candidate will maintain the standards of practice of the College of Occupational Therapists and strive to provide patients with the highest quality of care in a safe, ethical manner. The Occupational Therapist has an obligation to practice within their professional scope of practice. The Occupational Therapist participates in discipline specific and interdisciplinary activities that are directed towards a patient-centred environment

Qualifications 

·       Masters or Baccalaureate degree from a recognized school of Occupational Therapy

·       Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

·       Demonstrated computer and communication skills

·       Acute and rehab setting experience preferred

·       Two years of hospital setting experience preferred
