Brockville General Hospital announces holiday hours for outpatient services
BROCKVILLE − Brockville
General Hospital has announced hours for outpatient services over the
holidays.
Most outpatient services
will not be available at Brockville General Hospital on Friday, Dec. 25;
Monday, Dec. 28 and Friday, Jan. 1.
The Emergency Department
will remain open 24 hours a day as usual, and inpatient services will not be
affected.
Outpatient services not
available Dec. 25, Dec. 28 and Jan. 1 include: Laboratory Services,
Diagnostic Imaging Services, and most clinics and community programs.
Over the holidays, the
Brockville Cardiovascular Program will be open Monday to Wednesday, Dec. 21
to 23 and Dec. 28 to 30. For the week of Jan. 5, the Cardiovascular Program
will revert to its usual Tuesday-to-Thursday schedule.
Operating rooms will be
closed for the holiday season from Dec. 23 to Jan. 3 inclusive; they will
open for emergency surgeries only.
The Charles Street Site
Gift Shoppe, operated by the Brockville General Volunteer Association, will
be open on Monday, Dec. 28, and the cafeterias at both sites will also be
open that day.
