NEWS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Wine Tasting to raise funds for BGH’s new Cardiovascular Program BROCKVILLE – They say a glass of wine is good for the heart. On April 30, this will certainly be true: Enjoying a few tastes of wine will benefit a new cardiovascular program opening soon at Brockville General Hospital. The Wine Tasting Fundraiser will be held on Thursday, April 30 to raise funds for the new Brockville Cardiovascular Program opening in May. Tickets are now on sale for the event, which will include four wine-tasting stations along with food. The Wine Tasting Fundraiser will be held on Thursday, April 30 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Cafeteria at the BGH Charles Street Site. Tickets cost $50 each; a portion of this will be tax-deductible.
