Tackaberry & Sons Construction donates $10,000 G. Tackaberry & Sons Construction Co. Ltd. recently donated $10,000 to the new Cardiovascular Program at Brockville General Hospital. Kevin Tackaberry, left, Chair of the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Board, and George Tackaberry, President of the construction company, presented the donation to Joan McLaughlin, Executive Director of the Foundation. The company also issued a second challenge to other construction companies and contractors to donate to the new BGH program, which provides cardiovascular rehabilitation to help clients reduce their risk of future heart events and health problems. This past spring, Knapp’s Paving and Landscaping Ltd. issued the first challenge as it donated the same amount.
