Smile Cookie Campaign 2010 Boasts Biggest Smiles Yet!
Brockville—The Annual Smile Cookie Campaign hosted each year by Tim Horton’s
has raised a record amount in 2010.
Trudy Primeau, General Manager of all six Brockville Tim Hortons, recently
presented Joan McLaughlin, Executive Director for the Brockville and
District Hospital Foundation, a cheque for $7095.00.
“All six Tim Horton outlets participated,” says Primeau, “The Smile Cookies
were also sold at Brockville General Hospital by staff and volunteers at the
Garden Street Site, the Charles Street Site Cafeteria and Eleanor’s Café.
We’re happy to donate a record amount of support in 2010.”
Part of the funds raised will go toward the purchase of an Isotope
Indicator—a state of the art tool used in the assessment of breast
cancer—and the rest will provide a new humidifier for the Respiratory
Department at Brockville General Hospital.
