Before you Start       

The following items must be completed prior to commencing a Clinical Rotation at Brockville General Hospital.

Clinical Rotation Check List

·         Complete Clinical  Electives Application Form

·         Communicable Disease / Immunization Records Submitted & Approved

·         Mask Fit Testing

·         Hospital Orientation

·         Brockville General Hospital Photo ID

·         Systems Access / Training  (as required/ requested by preceptor)
