FULL-TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to the PRESIDENT & CEO

Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of administrative support in a dynamic and fast paced environment.   Use your excellent organization skills to manage a busy calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, arrange meetings, and prioritize competing demands.  Demonstrate your meticulous attention to detail in preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, transcribing meeting minutes and compiling meeting packages.  You have above-average communication skills and the highest level of responsibility, professionalism and judgment.  You will be a fundamental liaison between the CEO and the Chairperson of the Board of Directors as well as the Medical Advisory Committee and take responsibility for preparing Board packages, notices and high-level communications to key stakeholders.

 
About You:

·     You are a graduate of a Post-Secondary administration program with 5 years experience as an administrative/executive assistant to a senior manager, preferably in a health care facility; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

·    You have demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize work in a busy setting, set objectives and manage time.

·     You are proficient and accurate in minute taking.

·    You have advanced working knowledge of computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Windows.

·     You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster good working relationships with physicians, hospital staff and patients.

·     You have experience liaising with Board-level professionals.

·     You are reliable and adaptable to shifting priorities.

·     You are committed to maintaining confidentiality, diplomacy and tact in a customer-service focused environment.
