What does this indicator mean? A wait time is the amount of time, in days, a patient has to wait for a procedure. Wait time is calculated from the decision to treat date to the actual procedure date for completed surgical cases The 90th percentile is the point at which 9 out of 10, or 90% of patients have received treatment, and 10% are still waiting.
